Great view and location 

Our family had a wonderful day at this location. There was ample seating and shaded spots. Clean and safe location!

Quiet Beautiful Rooftop Pool

Used this for a long layover. Very nice and relaxing. Super comfortable and clean facilities with a beautiful pool deck and hot tub. 

Great afternoon 

I got a day room pass ..def worth the money the room it was nice, clean, big rm 2 beds and a sleeper sofa, the window overlooked the pool. The pool area had lots of seating! It's rooftop but was kind of disappointed by the lack of a nice view, there was a small bar by the pool but no drink menu, so she made me a strawberry margarita it was good! They also didn't have a menu for the restaurant on the 1st floor but you can go downstairs and order to go and bring it back up to the pool area. Check in was easy! Warning! There was a $18 parking fee. 

Nice rooms, 

Pros:
- room was nice and clean 
- value was great for all amenities and room at $100. A+
- Pool bartender was awesome they're usually open on the weekends. 
- Friendly staff.  
Cons: 
- pool was a bit cloudy
- pool glass to view the city was foggy 
- pool tiles need to be cleaned

Overall, I would recommend pool was not packed. Vibe was good and I would recommend. 

Nice Day Room 

Was looking for a pool day pass to break away from these scorching hot days, and came across ResortPass.  Out of all that were available, this hotel had the best deal.  You have access to a room where you can store all your personals, rest/relax on the beds or sitting area, AND you can shower after pool time!  I believe the hotel's fairly new so everything was very clean and beautiful.  The pool provided towels (although they might run low, we grabbed the last ones) and there's a pool bar to order drinks.  Plenty of sitting areas w/loungers and tables & chairs.  The price was great for up to 4 ppl and we had such a great experience!

Perfect Summer Day!

We got a day room pass for this hotel for the Fourth of July. We were disappointed to find that not a single one of the bars was open. There is a small poolside bar that was closed. The downstairs bar was closed as well. I didnt was in no way worth $140 - parking was an Additional fee even for just the few hours. There were no towels for the pool, only small hand size towels. I called once, and my friend called once to let them know. It took them over two hours to bring towels. The hotel seemed completely empty. We made our own fun, but I would definitely not recommend going here. The whole place is like a ghost town with only three or four other people at the pool and literally nothing open. Didn't see options for food either. 

Nice new hotel but poor amenities

This experience at the Hyatt Place Medical Center has spoiled us. For about the price of two day passes, we got a day room with passes for 4. It was so nice having a room to change in, keep our drinks, snacks and purses in, and to shower in at the end of the day. The pool itself was clean and good-sized. The pool deck had lots of furniture to choose from and a decent number of umbrellas. There werent a ton of towels; I would suggest bringing your own. But staff was on hand keeping the deck neat and the bathrooms clean. We cant wait to visit this hotel pool again!
