The pool was extremely over crowded. I was there 2.5 hours before having a chair I could sit on. I felt bad for those who spent hundreds on a cabana because the hotel didnt have them prepared, and had to kick others out before the people who paid could get in. 

Overall, lacking a manager that takes pride in the experience

Over crowded, poor service

Pool area was big but you do have to get there at a decent time to get a chair. Overall, good experience. 

Nice pool

We loved having a little Friday getaway right in the city on a Friday. Great pool, really cool, progressive, art-filled hotel, and comfortable accommodations for the day. Highly recommend!

Relax and Enjoy

Spent the day at the pool on a beautiful Friday. It was so relaxing and a true getaway in the city. 

So relaxing!

No hospitality or customer service. No directions or signs to get up to rooftop. No greeting upon entering the hotel or exiting. The only staff member that even spoke the entire stay was the valet at the front door. Very disappointed for a first timer. I also noticed the jets was not on in the pool and it was trash a belly piercing  and hair Tye floating in the water. This was not worth the $50 day pass. 

Location was great 

That probably it's on me cause I didn't call them but I didn't see any mention that the pool and whole rooftop area is closed until "end of may" so I found myself with nice 160$ dayroom (100$, plus 30 tax, plus 30$ for coffee pods and water they provide in the room (what a huge deal)) and no access to pool like advertised in the pictures. At the reception they just said "sorry about that". In phoenix, Arizona the pools are opened so I assumed in DC are opened maybe too since they use the same platform to advertise their amenities. I just took for granted they offered only access to the pool with dayroom because the rest was unavailable at that day, considering that it's mentioned 2 day passes with the dayroom and not that the pool is closed. That being said the hotel is really nice.

Not exactly sure how the experience is. I paid so I guess they think I went but we never made it there. May be good. May be bad. The world may never know. Wish the fee was refundable but that's ok. 

Did not make it

We booked this hotel with ResortPass because we didn't want to stay in the airport for 5 hours. Check in was easy and we were able to relax until it was time to head back to the airport. 

Long Layover

I needed a change of scenery in order to focus and work, and this was perfect. I got a pretty spacious room with a small workspace, nice size bathroom, and tons of natural light on a high floor. Lots of water, good coffee pods, and surprisingly quiet.
