The offer describes a lot of items that are not included.
As summary only sauna and kind of jacuzzi with cool water is available + swimming pool and other jacuzzi with hot water.
The day pass offer is quit new service for the hotel so they are not fully prepared for it. The staff was very attentive and helpful .. they also complain as they don't have enough products to provide a good service to us.
The food was delicious! Drinks low in alcohol but customized if needed.
In general the positive side of this experience was to have lovely people as staff.

El restaurante y el servicio de spa muy bien. En especial Olivia la encargada del spa. La recepcion pesima desde la llegada, nos hicieron esperar. El check out horrible, no nos regresaron las identificaciones. Tuvimos que regresar al hotel cuando ya casi habiamos llegado al aeropuerto. Pedi hablar con el gerente, dijeron que ya se habia ido, me pasaron a alguien por telefono,ped que me pagaran el servicio de taxi extra, se negaron. Hasta que dije que me quejaria en la resena. Finalmente la gerente dio la cara y quedo en pagar el taxi. No tenan efectivo, tuvimos que esperar de nuevo. Finalmente solamente pagaron el viaje sencillo y no las 3 vueltas que viajamos. Pesima experiencia. No regresaria a este lugar nunca.
