The staff here went out of their way to make sure all the things we needed for a spectacular stay were available on our day trip to Fort Lauderdale! Jenny was especially amazing!!! We loved her! 

So accommodating!!!

For the price we paid I was extremely frustrated and shocked with the hotel. There was trash everywhere, our chair had gum on it, no one was able to help us where to go and the service was beyond awful.

For the price we pay and for being on resort pass I was shocked. We use resort pass very often but only for luxury options and this was FAR FROM luxury. I am disappointed and embarrassed to even have brought my guest here. What a waste of a Memorial Day.

Amazing View Terrible Resort 

Wow. So we had back to back resort passes in a week. Last week we had a fabulous time at the Ritz, so we were excited for another great day. We paid $100 at the Hilton vs $65 per day pass, so we were expecting to get even better service. Instead, we arrived by 9:40am and ALL of the chairs were gone. They tried to help us out by upgrading us for free to a wooden BOX, that had no padding (well, it's about 1/2" thick now after many years). The box was only 6" off of the ground, so trying to get in and out of the box was horrible on our backs and knees. By 10am the pool was filled with screaming kids. In fact, I got kicked in the face twice by one kid. Two dads were throwing a football to their kids, taking up the entire pool too. It was way to crowded and noisy. Not relaxing one bit. 

Stay away!

Family hotel so lots of kids, but also they had a dj for the holiday weekend.  First come first serve so if it you are gonna spend 200 bucks to be by the pool during peak times of year be here by 9am.

It's on the ocean

Great location, pool is gorgeous but unfortunately its windy this time of year and pool is covered in shade afternoons. Service is also TERRIBLE so be prepared to ask multiple times for food and drink orders. Definitely not worth the cost for a daybed so dont bother but probably okay for a day pass for pool chairs
