This resort is exquisite! Everything and everyone was perfect. The pool area and pool side service was excellent. The facility is beautiful. The beach access is great.

Unbelievable Experience

We paid a lot to spend the afternoon here. When we got there we checked in at the front desk and were not told there was any type of issue that day. Didn't even know until another guest told us when we asked for directions. There was a gas problem the day we went and the pool heater was not running and they couldn't wash towels, so NO pool towels. The family pool was freezing. We tried the other pools too, but it was the same story. We ended up leaving shortly after we arrived - cold pools and no towels to dry off with. I have reached out to Resort Pass and have not heard back on a resolution. I'll updated my review if I do. 

Pool NOT heated and NO towels

The hotel was very clean and beautiful. Staff was great and accommodating. Would definitely go back!

Very relaxing 

We had kids with us and they loved the pools! We had searched for heated pools in the area and were so glad we chose this resort. The pools, decor and ambiance was top notch and they still had their beautiful Christmas decorations out. We loved it and will return!

Great service

This was my first spa experience so my expectations were based off previous reviews. I also called the spa ahead to ask if I'd have enough time to do the spa pass and day pass in one day. I was advised to book for two separate days so I just booked the spa pass. Valet parking was complimentary, and they directed me to the spa entrance. All the staff were very friendly. I didn't book any additional services as they were fully booked for massages. The lavender steam room didn't smell like lavender but was still nice and very steamy! The jacuzzi fit a max of 5 people. I encountered 3-4 others at a time and everyone respected the 15 minute soak time. The experimental shower was okay. The relaxation lounge was noisier than I anticipated. People were chatty and using their regular voice. I booked a reservation for dinner at the Primrose and it did not disappoint! Hope to book a day pass before it gets too cold, but will certainly return on a less busier day. (Not a Saturday).  

Very Nice & Very Busy 

Highly recommend the day pass option to lounge by this beautiful pool.   Perfect option for locals.  You have access to the private beach as well which was a great bonus 

Fabulous Dsy

We had a full day to burn before cating our 915p flight home. Henderson Beach Resort was just the place. After a smooth check in, we made reservations at the spa, spent time on the beach (with a drink and lunch!), hit the adult pool, and wrapped up.at the spa and was showered up and clean for the flight home. All in all a great day! 

Great Resort

No information given at check-in just had to find amenities on our own! To much construction going on at the pool to enjoy ourself!
