We had a wonderful time! As soon we walked into the Spa the front desk ladies were amiable and helpful. The Spa was so relaxing and beautiful. We loved the experience. 

Great location only 7 minutes from the airport.

10/10 experience. Loved the pool, lazy river, food options, and ending the day at the spa. Cant wait to go back! 

Amazing time! 

It was our first time they are outside of being there for ice sculptures every year. Wanted to check out the pools without staying a night since we live so close. The hotel is lovely and the staff was consistently wonderful. The place was clean, the food was surprisingly decent for being a step above bar food. It just wasn't worth the cost of $100 per person to use the spa, amenities and the pools.

Great staff, Resort Pass Not Worth The Cost

The Gaylord was okay, but some aspects listed on the Resort Pass website were wrong. There is no adult-only pool; it is a hot tub, and you must walk through the resort and inside the pool area to access it. The food was okay; it was typical concession food with no servers. The weather was bad that day, so we had to stay inside for an hour or so. I was surprised there weren't any accidents with so many little kids running and jumping into and out of the pools and hot tubs. The spa area was nice; we loved the co-ed relaxation room. I personally wouldn't go back and pay $100 for the day.

This worked out perfectly. Last minute birthday plans, it was easy close and relaxing. 

Perfection

We were pleased to see that have many seats and lots of pools to choose from. The big slide is a must try!

Excellent pool options, very cool slides!

I am not sure where my 7 hours went by; where it was relaxing cycles gliding along the lazy river, a nap right by the perfectly 80degree pool (which it is kept at all year round), or my regular trips to the bar to grab a habanero lime margarita - I could not think of a better way to spend to spend a day off. I was lucky to have the combination of it not being crowded and it being impeccably sunny weather and I felt like I had escaped to a resort in the Caribbean or Mexico. 1 hour in and I already determined I would be back. 

Great way to spend a daycation 

Went here not expecting much but we were not just surprised but very impressed with the Spa! The steam room is everything.

great amenities 

We have stayed at the Gaylord a few times and its always nice. The worker at the spa treated us like second rate citizens because we were not hotel guests - which is funny because we paid just as much to use the facilities. It was unfortunate because its so easy to be hospitable.

This is a perfect daycaction getaway! The property is beautiful, the staff are so friendly and helpful. The spa is relaxing. The pool areas are laid out well with something for all ages. I will most definitely be back!
