Four Points by Sheraton Anaheim 

This location was okay for a pool day. Hotel popular amongst families so lots of kids playing in and around the pool. Definitely not a quiet place to relax, but the location is not bad.   

Decent Location 

We had an easy check in and staff was nice.

I do the RESORTPASS often with my sister and my adult son, unfortunately this hotel I chose was not one we'll go back to. From hearing the loud highway noise to the extremely dirty bathrooms...I chose to change my clothes outside by my car...it was an hour later when the very small pool towels were brought out and there was no one at the tiki hut where it looks like you could order drinks and food. We'll take a pass on ths hotel next time!!!

Great location 

Loved this pool! The staff at the hotel were also very nice and welcoming. Would definitely come back ! 

Relaxing pool time 

False advertisement restauran and Pool bar were both closed .

Pros: Check in was easy. Pool was warm, jacuzzi was hot. Plenty of towels. Easy parking that was free.

Cons: Outside bathrooms were locked most of the time so we had to dry off and use the one in the lobby. There wasn't much for food options except junk at the gift shop and the restaurant but it didn't open until 4.

Overall we had a great time. The kids didn't want to leave so that says something!

Wonderful 

We wrote to Resortpass email to complain about the false advertising. They advertise a outdoor heated pool, Trugrits restaurant open, cocktails by the pool and picture the pool bar open. None of which was true on a summer  Saturday in June. The restaurant was closed, the bar was not open or attended and the pool was cold. All things are listed as included in the day pass. Choose another location. I am waiting on a response from ResortPass.com. I don't know if I can trust using this site for future use, as this was my first time and a bad experience.
