The place was actually very nice and very well centered,many hotels around and activities to do ,definitely worth it . 

Good place 

Nice environment. Thought the pool was much bigger not much space for floats and water wasnt too clean.

Nice family day out

Pool closed so day pass was useless. Hotel was no help.  Frustrating experience.  

Pool was closed for a private event.  

My sister and I showed up excited to hang out at pool and we were informed the pool was closed for a private event

We checked in and the pool was closed for a private event.  Hotel couldnt do anything.  Not sure how this refund request will go with resort pass. 

Pool was closed

The pool area was not very clean. There was no poolside service as advertised.  Check in was not a friendly process - she seemed to be very bothered. I left after about 30 minutes and went to order food across the street. Do not recommend.

Beautiful Hotel

My 8yr was able to enjoy the size and layout of the pool. Easy to navigate the hotel, friendly staff. 

Fun for kids

The roads were blocked to get here so it took an extra 20 mins to find a new route. Once arriving, the $30 valet service had never heard of resort pass. The front desk also didn't know what they were doing in terms of resort pass guests. Had to go up and down the elevators multiple times and wait in long lines to get a working key. The pool was freezing and looked more like a water fountain than a pool. The fitness center was just a couple treadmills and dumbbells. Left quickly but the QR code to get our car back from valet didn't work so that took an extra 15 minutes. While waiting got a small bag of $10 chips from the front desk who still did not care or know what was going on. Also didn't get 10% off food as listed here. 

No redeeming qualities
