Hotel and facilities are great.  Very pleasant day.

SAVE YOUR $$ Do not go! This place is run down, dirty. It is not maintained. From arrival, timeshare salespeople approach/attack to tell you that you need to have lunch with them, making it sound required. The checkin process took way longer than it should have. The pools are disgusting. They have not been cleaned in the 21st century. The grounds are filthy (this was the only place in Panama I saw garbage on the ground). The actual grounds around the pool are broken or not maintained and it is impossible to walk barefoot or in flip flops without scratching your soles. The actual pool bottoms are missing tiles and/or cement, etc. and have many unsafe spots. The pool area did not have towels and we needed to wait for another delivery. The bartender at the pool bar was inattentive to those wearing wristbands. The hotel is dated and decaying, in need of major repairs.

saludos.  se presento el problema que en la entrada, ""NO"" tenian el registro de reserva efectuado por www.resortpass.com.  se tuvo que llamar a recepcion, pase con el counter e igual, ""NO"" tenian actulizado la lista de reservas.  en la ducha de hombre ""NO"" habia agua para quitarse la sal del mar.  fuera de estos 2 puntos, todo lo demas: perfecto.

Dreams Playa Bonita Great Location

Enjoyed the day at Dreams, nice pool area , plenty of chairs . Buffet lunch was very enjoyable, good service at the bar . It did take quite a long time to get checked in at the desk which I didn’t really understand as I had all my confirmation emails etc.

The beach is beautiful and the pool as well! But definitely I will not go Back!

The service was bad, there is no one to attend to you at the pool. It took a long time to get drink, because there was only one employee to serve everyone.
Also, they had guests with their own music in the pool área, which mixed with the ambient sound and caused a super noise pollution. 

The food was very limited: only hamburguer and nachos with “chilli” and cheese. The drinking water tasted bad and they had no bottle to give us.
The bathroom was filthy, no dry area to change clothes and the shower was terrible.

To close the day, we went for a coffee before we left and it was not included in the rate, we had to pick up a big line in order to ask for a simple coffee.

I don’t recommend this hotel. Very expensive for what they offer.

Quality vs price

I Ubered from Panama city.
Arrived and was greeted right away.
The amenities were very nice. 
I was able to kayak to the point and swam in the ocean and the gorgeous pools.
