Dreams Los Cabos Suites Golf Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

Our visit to  Dreams in Los Cabos, Mexico, June 12, 2024, was very disappointing! We ended our full day pass, purchased through ResortPass, after just 2 hours of arriving -  due to subpar facilities presented by an undersized & crowded pool, unclean lounge chairs, visible mold, and an outdated property look. 

Our refund request for the $400 paid for 2 day passes was denied by the manager, Ms. Julia Catalina Ramierez Guerrero, citing hotel policy, reflecting poor customer service. Contrary to established resorts in Cabo with sold-out day passes weeks before we arrived, "Dreams" had availability just days prior (now I know why). Due to our unsatisfactory experience, we wouldn't recommend Dreams to stay, or using a day pass, and hope our feedback prompts improvement in facilities and management for unknowing patrons sake, we sincerely hope so.

Beware Potential Patrons!

My group of 5 purchased day passes for Dreams and had an incredible experience. First off, the entrance to the resort is breathtaking! Picture open air, soaring ceilings, lush vegetation, with a view all the way through to the pool, palm trees, and finally the Pacific. The staff was friendly, fun, generous, and attentive. The pools were clean. Lounge chairs were comfortable. The food was delicious although we only ate at The Sea Grill (brunch and lunch). It serves the best mimosas our group has ever had - very light on OJ letting you taste the lively Champagne. The price of day pass was well-worth it given that it offered us unlimited food and drink. Our only complaints were the lack of clean towels later in the day and the fact that the drinks were a little on the weak side with the exception of the mimosas. I highly recommend this resort based on the price of the day pass and the beauty of the place!

Perfect day pass experience!

Nice resort with structured activities , kids club and poolside service. Food was ok and drinks were cereal but expected. Overall a fun day. 

Fun Day

Dreams Cabo is always a good choice for a vacation.  There are activities for everyone.  The food was good.

If I had 2 wishes for this resort, it would be these:
1. slide area for children when your children go up the hill to use the slide, a parent at the bottom cannot see where their children are until at the top of the slide.  The slide top where the children go down is right by the adult pool and children have to go thru the adults to get there
2.  Allergies---2 of the biggest are peanut /nut and milk--the ice cream stand and some of the other areas should offer frozen juice bars made in peanut/nut and milk free factories so there is no contamination.  Both adults and children with these allergies would be grateful.

Great for Families, Friends, and Children

My wife and I had a lovely day here. Food was good and not too crowded. We will come back!

Great option in Cabo!

Lively resort! Plenty of options for pool time. Adult pool is super quiet. Beachside is quiet yet busy!
Drinks are not as good as Id like for the to have been but beer is always a good option. 
Well be back!

Awesome service

We had a wonderful day at Dreams Los Cabos. It is a beautiful resort right on the beach. The food and drinks were fantastic, and the staff was very friendly. We also enjoyed the activities and entertainment. 

Wonderful daycation

We decided to stay in a villa since we were two families with kids, and this was an amazing way to get away and enjoy the hotel experience without doing it the whole trip. 

Great Resort Day Away

Dreams Los Cabos is pretty.  We went on a daycation.  The day had some pros and cons.
The pros were:
-economical price
-good location
-variety if activities for adults
-Ivan was excellent at the Seaside Grill
-have staff watching kids slide and pool area
The Cons:
-staff at Barefoot Grill had a take it or leave it attitude-they would say if things were not right-go back and order again
-hotdogs were cold and we were told no bun as they had run out
-many rules--advertised game room but didnt tell you--couldn't be used until 6 pm--big minus there as kids need to get out of sun-one of the reasons booked here was the game room..but the very limited hours did not work for us
--asked about allergies but had alot of things with treenuts and peanuts
--no Italian iice or popsicles if you have kids who are allergic to milk or lactose intolerant
--climbing wall was broken and not available
--when we signed up for the bunge--no one told us the kids could not have wet clothes from swimming
