Dolphin Discovery Isla Mujeres

Paid over $200 for this and it wasn't even the right location for catamaran excursion! We waited 3 hours to find out the dock was located in Cancun, not Isla Mujueras like it stated! Very disappointed and better get a refund! 

False Advertising 

We went to the marina and aparently had no  reservation. So we never made the trip, no one could help us and we had a terrible customer service expirience. I would never in my life book a trip with u guys.

No reservstion

Unfortunately Dolphin Discovery could not view the reservation made through Resort Pass.  They contacted resort pass but ultimately did not let us enter due to Resort Pass lack of communicating with Dolphin Discovery.  We went all the way there... waited over an hour for them to sort it out...ultimately we were turned away and Resort Pass continued to charge us for the day we never got to experience

Unfortunate 

Although the tour owner did not have my reservation information from ResortPass when I arrived, they were able to get it before leaving the pier.. Time spent at Dolphin Discovery was only 1.5 hours of the 8.5 hour day but it was nice to see the dolphins. The catamaran cruise was the highlight.
