My partner had a late flight so we needed somewhere to relax for a while before heading to the airport. The use of a day room through Resort pass was new to this specific hotel so it took a while to be able to check in. The lady at the front desk, sadly I didn't catch her name, was able to get me checked in as fast as she could and she was so amazing and kind throughout the whole process. The room was very comfortable, clean, and convenient for the 6/7 hours we were there.
