The check in process was a breeze. Two minutes at the gate and 5 minutes at the front desk. You will need to leave your photo IDs at the front desk and give a credit card for anything spent over the food/beverage credit.
The resort is spectacular! We stayed at the main pool with views of the beach. Had no problem getting lounge chairs and a cabana. The food credit was easy to use, but doesn't go very far. Everything is very expensive, but the quality was great. Breakfast for 2 was just shy of $100 with tip for 2 people and lunch just over $100. We also found the service top notch.  Will definitely use Resort Pass again.

Five Stars from top to bottom.

First off I would like to say that this is an idyllic spot for a hotel.  It is a beautiful setting.  Thirty years ago it was a camp ground with nothing on this property.  All three of us had camped on this spot thirty years ago.

The staff of the hotel are excellent, they were attentive and efficient and polite and welcoming.  

The problem is with the $100 credit for each person for food and alcohol.  We thought we would have plenty of money at $300.  Wrong.   Breakfast for three was $153.  Which was a shocking amount as it was a buffet.  With excellent variety but still a buffet, no different from any other all inclusive hotel.  We each had three drinks and some guaumole and chips and a fruit plate for lunch.  We stopped for a coffee and when we checked out we owed $17.  Ridiculous in my books.  It is the most expensive day pass hotel I have been too and I must say it was not worth it.  What we paid for is the setting which is exceptional.  One staff stood out and it was Salvador.

Beautiful property with lovely pool and beach accommodations. We loved so much that we plan to stay at the property our next time in Tulum. Resort pass is the best!

Epic service

This resort is so beautiful! The pools are amazing! If you are going to relax, have breakfast and lunch its a great spot! I would not do this if your main goal is drinking as the drinks are $25-$30 each and not anything special. I would definitely do it again! 

Beautiful!!

My husband and I cannot say enough magical things about our experience at Conrad Tulum! The facilities were spotless, the architecture was unbelievable, the staff could not have been more friendly. We worked out, enjoyed lovely showers in the locker rooms, had lunch at the grill with stunning views and a wonderful breeze and then spent the rest of the day lounging at the pools and beach with a brief stint on the paddle boards. It was better than we ever could have expected.

Stunning hotel, friendly and attentive staff are there to make your experience unique. One glitch that the security did not have record of our resort pass booking - caused a 15 minute wait before being allowed through. The desk mentioned that this has happened before. Resort pass - get your act together! 

Wonderful chill day

Beautiful buildings, pools were great, meals were healthy and delicious and the service was beyond expectations. Go!! 

Perfect in every way

Facilities and food were outstanding. Josue at the pool to the left of the main area deserves a raise, he was attentive, fast, kind, and went above and beyond for each request.

Two areas of improvement: 1. Entering could be faster by having a list of day pass guests, we waited for quite a while before the guard permitted us in. He was doing his job, but it could have been more smooth. 
2. They told us we had use of all facilities including the spa when we called to inquire, then when we got their they said no.  After offering a complimentary hour, there was a staff change for check out and they tried to charge us for entry even though we watched the time and only stayed the one hour to make sure we didn't have to pay. Shrugging shoulders about the cost was very unprofessional and that is why I put one less star. If I didn't get attitude when explaining it and asking them to help me understand, I likely would have eaten the cost, but the person was so rude, I refused on principle.
