Je suis alle passer une journee au Club Med Ixtapa. J'ai adore mon exprience  et c'est sur que je vais y retourner lors de mon prochain sejour 

Superbe exprience 

Drinks were fine, food was good not amazing. Front desk, bartenders, food service and activities staff all were very nice and worked hard!!! Like how the activities staff mingle at lunch to converse with the guests. Beach pretty, had fun peddle boarding. Perfect way to kill time til we had to catch are late flight.

Great location, food, and amenities. I read in previous reviews that they do not provide a tour or overview of the hotel. I made sure to request this and a map because had I not- they would not have offered. All guest were required to bring an id and they kept the ids until check out. We decided to provide state ids and not passports since they were keeping them. Otherwise: spa, food, and all amenities were amazing and highly recommended. We came during a Thursday and it was not pack at all.

5 stars - but be aware of what is included

I didnt like the way we as black people were treated. They wouldnt allow us check in upon our arrival stating that our day pass had not started but allowed others who had the same to check in. When the day passes were 15 minutes from ending, they asked us to leave. The security followed us to concierge to check out as if we were stealing services which we paid for. I was appalled and plan to never return. Im not spending my money where Im not welcome!

Amazing beach

Today was my husband's 68th bearthday and this place was nothing short of  AWESOME my husband and I truly enjoyed the unlimited drinks,food, and facilities was nice an clean. Today was truly amazing. The view of the ocean even though we didn't get in others was enjoying the beautiful pacific ocean. The check in was easy, the staff spoke a lot of English and the waiters were spectacular. The even had a day care for children. We will definitely be visiting again. A must visit if your coming to zihuatanejo or ixtapa.

Awesome awesome awesome 

Amazing beach, but late breakfast service is slow and cocktails are more syrop than alcohol. One barman was not respectful. I asked one kir which has been in menu and he asked me : what is kir? 
Had to wait for 15 mins for towels. Nevertheless the beach is too amazing and food in restaurant is delicious, reception service and guardian at the gate were so nice and helpful that Ill definitely come back.
