This is such a relaxing place! I came on a resort pass, with my daughter, earlier this week and decided to come back two days later with the rest of the family.  It has been a very nice way to kick off summer. Great vibes and wonderful, welcoming staff.

Great pool day experience

The day was wonderful! The hotel called the day before to give us information and answer any questions, so we knew exactly what to do when we arrived. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area was exactly as pictured and because we visited on a weekday, very quiet. The pools were warm and not too deep so great for children. We had a wonderful day and will definitely visit again.

Fabulous family day

4 family members celebrating birthdays.  2 were from out if the area and two local.  The redwood cabana was comfortable, conveniently located next to bar, food truck, pool and restroom.  The package of sandwich wraps tasty although arrived later than desired as did food from the food truck. 

Perfect day weather wise. Sunny and warm, but not hot.  After leaving the pool area we went to The View for drinks and to listen to talented woman sing, plat guitar and keyboard while overlooking Monterey Bay.

Overall, had a wonderful experience. Loved that there was two pools and two hot tubs. Especially loved that they had a kid friendly pool that only went up to 4 1/2 feet and that with their kids were hanging out in that section it a nice feel for people with children, the pools were very warm and the hot tub was excellent. Love that there was a bar and food service. Both were excellent. We got a cabana and were , the pools were very warm and the hot tub was excellent. Love that there was a bar and food service. Excellent experience 

We rented a cabana today for my sons birthday and received so much support from front desk and restaurant staff. Their service and thoughtfulness exceeded any expectations. 

Amazing Staff

Our family had such a great time at the Chaminade Resort! The heated pool was great, the hot tubs were even better, especially with the cool Santa Cruz mornings. 
My husband as able to use the gym, and said there was enough equipment for him to get his shoulder workout done. There were also a number of cardio machines available for use. 
The steam and sauna were in the locker rooms, I didn't get to use them because of our toddlers, but they looked wonderful and I look forward to coming back and using them next time.

Beautiful location

2 outdoor pools and 2 outdoor tubs (one of each is salt water).  Steam room and dry sauna in locker room.  Super hot showers.  Great hiking.  It has a little bit of a snooty feel but if you look past that its great.

Great day trip for Santa Cruz county families. 

Chaminade's pool was very nice, (2 pools actually and 2 hot tubs) with a convenient bar and food truck right there. The food truck was tasty, the service was nice, the facilities were slightly dated - but it was definitely a relaxing day.
