Chaminade Resort & Spa

My daughter and I went on a beautiful sunny day.  Shout out to the person working the front desk at the fitness club.  She was so nice and helpful.  The locker room is very nice and includes a locker with an electronic lock.  Pool and shower towels are provided.   We spent most of the day in the pool.  There are two pools and one hot tub with plenty of loungers.   We had a snack at the restaurant/bar and then went for a walk on the property which was beautiful.  We will do one of the hikes next time we go back and maybe a massage.  

Great Pool and Facilities

First time to the Chaminade and it couldn't have been more perfect!  Spent the day sunbathing at the pool, used the gym for some much needed exercise, relaxed in both the steam room & sauna and used the showers to freshen up before leaving. Staff was extremely nice and hospitable.  Facilities were clean and well maintained. Looking forward to the next time we come back!!

Great location in Santa Cruz, very spacious and clean.  Lots of sun and great vibe on weekends.  

Great location with lots of sun

Awesome hotel amenities include a hike which is great! We came here in January. We did a hike, then swam in the heated pool and then hot tubbed. Then, ate at the really nice restaurant! Overall really wonderful stay, highly recommended. 

Fantastic day with hiking and lounging 

Great facilities and amenities. We were a little disappointed that the dry sauna was out of order. We had a blast playing "Clown Tennis" (comical because we are not very good at it, but we improved considerably as we played). Lovely Mom & Daughter day!

Lovely Time!

One of the best spas in Northern California. Wonderful staff hospitality too. 10/10 recommend!

Great spa and great staff 

The facilities are old (sauna steam room are secluded in the locker section), you can only use select hot tubs/pools that are located across the street from the lockers, the crowd of the regular guests (families with children) was so high despite the colder, rainier weather that it was hard to even have a conversation in the space. While the lobby, restaurant space is beautiful with views, the food is incredibly unremarkable for pricing and vibe. Our orders were not vegetarian, drinks forgotten etc. We spent an incredible 5star hotel price for coffee that was cold and terrible. We made the best of it seeing that we were coming together as a reunion but I regret to say it but I would not choose this location again.

Could have done without the pass

We had a great time lounging at the pool and hot tub. I loved relaxing in the sauna and steam room before going out to the pool area. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Check in was easy. 

Beautiful and relaxing 

We enjoyed our daycation by the pool so much! The facilities are wonderful and the staff was great.
