Pool was very warm . Close to the beach, have outside showers to rinse off. Had nice drinks staff was nice . I would definitely come back. Plus very affordable 

Great resort

had to find street parking because hotel parking was sold out. Quickly found parking and checked in at the hotel. They gave us wristbands and key cards. We went straight to the beach and there were plenty of chairs and umbrellas. Very relaxed environment and perfect beach location. Perfect for the value if you plan to hang at the beach.

Perfect for the beach

We spent the day there after our cruise. We had a late flight so this was a good way to spend the time. Yes the pool is very small but still was enjoyable. And the beach was just a few arepas away. 

Inexpensive and l worth the money. 

Misrepresentation. Your website said this hotel had heated pool. We came all the way from Virginia because we've been to this hotel before. The pool was not heated it was actually ice cold. Most of the people that were there had to leave because they couldn't stay in the pool very cold. I was afraid my kids would get sick. Maintenance said they would fix the pool but it was going to take about more than 2 hours to fix. So we had to leave. The food was also very expensive for the value and not that great. The tip of 18% is charged automatically on your bill.

Once you get to beach it's all good,  Pool is tiny, facilities are not nice, almost all of staff is not even aware of daypass program and treated us as an inconvenience

Great location but that's it

Easy "check in". Left luggage at the front. Changed in bathroom and headed out to their very small pool. Then hit the beach. Good outdoor shower.
