I had an incredible experience today with the resort pass, and I can't thank Stephanie at the Spa enough for making it truly exceptional. Her service was outstanding and really made my visit memorable. The food and beverage menu was fantastic, and the cafe, with its amazing espresso machine, was a delightful surprise. I'll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended!

Pool set up was great. The staff was excellent and my boyfriend and I both said the burger was a 9/10!!

Perfect pool getaway 

We had a great spa day at the Avalon today. Brandon was fantastic- he did our facials, but he can do your massage too. And Stephanie at the front desk was fabulous. Great service at the pool too. Well definitely come back again!

Our group had a wonderful day, relaxing and eating poolside.
Great food and superb service from Brian. We didn't have to ask him for anything, he would magically appear to ask us. We can't wait to return.

Beautiful gem.

Our day at Avalon was so nice and so relaxing.  The pool and the grounds are beautiful.  The lounge chairs have nice thick cushions, something I am particular about (-;  The service was excellent, everyone was super friendly and helpful!  Everything was perfect!  LOVED IT.

Beautiful and Relaxing

We came here on a Monday where thankfully it was not packed with people all over the pools but your mileage may vary. 

One downside was that one of the two bathrooms by the front desk was out of order. There was another bathroom we could use over by the spa which was a short walk from the front desk. The lounge chairs were okay but not as comfy as we had hoped. 

Check in was easy and staff was nice at the front desk/valet. 

The wait staff by the pool for food/drink orders was slow to come around. The lady that helped us was very nice but she was the only server by the pool. The used towels left on chairs was somewhat slow to be picked up. But again I think due to having one gal working the pools. 

The food was reasonably priced and tasty all though the double cheeseburger was okay but the fries were good. 

Overall I think it is a good option if here on a weekday. At times we had the pool to ourselves. The wife enjoyed the spa shop and made some purchases. 

Enjoyable with some downsides 

What a fun and relaxing day we had. I did not know that this service existed! We were able to hang by the pool, order lunch and take a nap. 

Great idea

There are three pools to pick from, and one is adults only. The grounds are beautiful and the pool side service was five star all the way. We would absolutely and most definitely go back.
