Super calm rooftop to spend the day, bar service is great, the bartender was super attentive, gave to us so many options.  Is a really good plan to have a nice day!

Love coming here to WFH! There is always an open chair and the facilities are pristine. Great music & good wifi.

Could not cancel or change listing even when reservation was pending. It is said to email and will receive a refund but I have not received a response. 

Listed as a hotel with several tiers and a pool as well as a rooftop pool and all included amenities for a VIP day pass. hotel has 1 pool and 1 open area space below the pool (not multiple tiers as advertised). 
Got stuck from airport on way to this hotel, tried everything to cancel or change booking and could not (even as the booking was pending, there was no place to cancel online). Called hotel explaining we would not arrive in time as planned due to traffic coming from airport; Hotel advised to come anyway and try to cancel in person. Did not arrive at hotel until 5pm. 
At hotel, there was no one to help cancel, they said to leave a review and email. 
We stayed for a hour. Nothing special. And no difference between VIP ($140 total), and day pass ($35 total). 
HOWEVER, EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM DIEGO! He was very kind and helpful

The rooftop pool area is amazing, the water was the perfect temperature and the day beds were so comfortable! The staff was super nice! We had so much fun!
