Great location but the hot tub did not work and the employees were not really kind. Plus there was no option to choose from when it comes to the tip amount, and it was 20% !!

Good location, nice pool. Easy access to beach. Towels could be cleaner. Service is ok.

I went this past weekend with my Grandson, on the Resort Pass, and it was good for about an hour, they should not sell so many of these, there were so many kids and people there in one group you could barely swim in the pool because they all just sat in the pool and hogged up like a whole half of the pool and loungers, but besides that it is a nice place and the food is always good, I have been going here for decades with my family and now the next generation, but it was a bit too much this time...read more

This is our second time doing a day room at this location. Both times we have really enjoyed our day. The location is great and access to the beach and pool are great. However, good luck trying to find a friendly employee. The front desk acts annoyed. They dont welcome you, say hi, say thank you, or anything like that. Purchased a day room and additional day passes for our family. The food was good, very relaxing, along with good service. Just what we needed. For day trip purposes, having the room was great. It allowed us to wind down and clean up in the AC before leaving.

This Disney hotel resort is so beautiful. I brought my sister from Canada to see and enjoy a day at this resort. We just loved it!!

Our experience was seamless. Everything from the valet to spending day at the beach was perfect. Food was good!! Great service and property was nice and clean.
