We enjoyed our daycation at this pool very much. The temp was perfect for a hot day - not too cold, not too warm. Service was excellent and it was not too crowded. Will book again!

This resort is absolutely amazing!! The amenities are great. The cabana is just perfect. The kids absolutely love the pool and the slides. The customer service is amazing as well. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The best experience ever!

My friend and I bought passes the morning of and paid for a poolside chair (75$ each on a Sunday). Check in was easy. They dont allow any outside food or drinks fyi. Our padded pool chairs were reserved and waiting for us. Poolside service wasnt amazing as they didnt get us our drinks or food to us in a timely manner-even forgot at one point. Ritz-Carlton Fort Lauderdale is a beautiful location and the staff was amazing (as one would expect!), very helpful and attentive. But, there aren't many amenities near the pool, no activities other than some balls and sand toys for kids but there aren't really things for kids to do, or a kids clubs like other Ritz's have (not sure it would have been included anyway). Excellent location- close to airport though didnt feel or look like it. While I usually stay at small boutique hotels this place was perfect for the day for my infant and I. Just the ticket for a place to nap, walk around and play, enjoy the scenery and relax before a 10pm flight. Very pretty garden area and big koi pond - excellent for all babies and kids to look at. Beautiful hotel adjacent to Maho Beach - you can see the planes approaching the airport next door. The pool and spa were lovely, clean, well maintained. There's a water slide, a rescued petting zoo area (goats, bunnies, ducks, parrots), ping pong, foosball, giant jenga, cornhole. Two different food options, reasonably priced and decent portions. Unfortunately there was an event at the pool that ended at 11 am (the start of our reservation), which they did not seem appropriately staffed for. We arrived right at 11 am, but it took about 1.5 hours to get our cabana, since the attendees from the previous event were seated in that area and were in no rush to leave. Very nice service and good location with great views by the pool.

I came here with a cabana reservation. Even though it was 2 people max, the cabana was big enough for 6-8 people. They provided soda, snacks, and an ice cooler.
