I would give 5 stars except for the poor information on how the system works given on line. I tried calling the resort, even drove out to the front desk 3 days before our daycation and got little help. Usually I was referred to the website which had a dearth of information. I visited the Catalina pool at HDS Guest Ranch Resort; it was awesome. The pool was clean and peaceful, and plenty of lounge chairs were available. The crowd consisted mostly of friendly ladies taking mental health days. Bonus that the bartender made the best margaritas- crisp and summery!

We had a great day celebrating a baby shower... Only thing to note is there are no facilities outside the pool area, a few Lockers and one shower

From the time we checked in till the time we left the service was amazing and the weather was perfect

The location and hotel is excellent. The staff and service were also exceptional. The only downside was a crowd that showed up acting out. It got so bad we ended up leaving a little earlier. This is not the hotels fault but it was inconvenient.

My little family and I had such a wonderful time here. The staff were all great, the vibes were immaculate, and the food was 10/10. We will definitely be going back!

I thoroughly enjoyed my pool day at GreenTree Resort in Sedona, AZ. Check in at the front desk was super easy and I was given a key card to access the pool facilities. The area is as very well- maintained but there were no towels available so I had to go back to the front desk to get some. Spent the day at the pool. Food and beverage service was great. The plunge pool hit the spot around 2pm for a fast cool down. Took the short walk to the waterfall. Would recommend going.
