We have frequented your Waikoloa Village Resort several times and each time is full of tremendous service, well maintained facility and the proximity to numerous experiences. The one issue I have is that your spa has yet to be fully opened since Covid-19. That fact should be clearly spelled out on your website for bookings but more importantly, you should prioritize your planned remodel. Not doing so is a poor reflection on the quality of service we have come to expect by Hilton.

My friends and 4 day beds ( 2 beds together ) at the Fairmont and it was beautiful!

It was a cool experience- although the pool is not heated the jacuzzi wasnt working - no servers available by the pool so you have to walk to the restaurant b/c the pool bar is closed You have to get up and get everything yourself - Am I going back maybe not

The view was amazing. The pool was great and just big enough. The food and drinks at the rooftop bar was amazing. We will be back!

Enjoyed getting to come and hang by the pool for the day. The pool was heater which did make it more like a bath than a pool temp but it was enjoyable - better than not having a pool lol Comp towels, water and clean bathrooms are always a plus.

Great service in our cabana. It was unfortunate the weather was so hot. Too hot to eat outside and no air conditioned area to eat indoors. The pool facilities were great.

We really enjoyed our day on the lazy river and in the family pool! Drinks and food too.

We booked a cabana to enjoy with our out-of-town guests and the experience was amazing! Pool was heated, hot tub was clean, and the food and drinks were delicious. Definitely going back!
