Great time. Excellent facility and service was amazing. A little pricey but we had a ton of fun.

The hotel was very nice, but unfortunately the day that I had booked, they had a private event and some of the pools were blocked off, which left the other pool is very crowded and poolside service very slow

Great location, staff, food/drink and overall experience. Even though the pool was full it didnt feel crowded. We were able to get a pool chair within the first 10 minutes of arriving. Music was perfect for the atmosphere and created a very relaxing environment. We will definitely be back!

Great location, very walkable from the cruise terminal. Check in was quick and efficient and the employees/servers were fantastic and extremely personable! We'll be back!

Great deal considering the food and drinks that were included! The staff were always checking on us and the pool wasn't overly crowded. Perfect chill atmosphere for a poolside afternoon!

Very nice place, just wish the grotto pool was heated lol.

Resort is very nice and the people who work there are very nice also. When we checked in they took us to the spa pool which is completely off to the side and away from the rest of the pools and was told that thats where they put the resort pass guests which doesn't say that anywhere when booking. Overall it was ok, I would book somewhere else next time though.

We had a lovely day at the Andaz. The service was wonderful and the food was good too. Unfortunately, the pool is located just below the hotel's event space and a wedding reception began around 1:00 pm. Music, DJ, crowds, etc. I guess quiet is a relative term to some people. We were disappointed. I would check with the front desk on the day you want to book to see if there is an event going on.

Great location and stunning views. Only downfall was the pool wasn't heated and was absolutely freezing that it was uncomfortable to actually enjoy. I've been coming to this resort periodically for a year now and the hot tub hasn't worked since I started coming here either. Would be perfect if they could fix these issues.
