It was suppose to be a "Great" day it was my son's bday and he wanted a day out on the beach. Unfortunately staff outside was extremely "RUDE". We went to the beach and also got umbrella and chairs and not just one set we got several sets. Not even 30 minutes in and they came and took off all the umbrellas because of the weather mind you the other hotels didn't take them off and that was fine but the way they went about in doing it was so rude. Then had to wait forever to get refunded. It looks like a manager that went out there and she was extremely rude as well. If you have personnel there  for customer service they should be trained in customer service and learn how to handle issues when they arise. I totally understand that it was windy I am not arguing that what I am upset about is the actual service from the "Hotel Staff".

Great location for fireworks display

The resort is nice and clean. A little disappointed not to see the daybeds (pods)

Great daycation

Great kiddie pool, it was easy to watch all three of my children. Great drinks at the bar and awesome tasting pizza, my kids devoured it! 5 stars, will do again. ❤️🙏🏻🏝

Amazing time! 

I had a great experience and the best customer service. Check-in was quick and simple. I tried the cheese pizza and the drinks we well served. The day pass works great for local customers that are not staying at the hotel. 

Fun Weekend  

It was a good resort. Lots of sundeck room easy access to Clayton's which was good.
