We used the pool and the have us chairs for the beach too! We had come in by cruise ship and decided to get this daypass ..took a bottle of rum in my cup and sandwiches and used their pool and chairs! It was easy and fast check in..pool is small but works..

Great Location 

We went here to watch a parade and, at the same time, spend some leisure time in Waikiki.  This was the perfect spot.  The pool area is three stories high and overlooks one of the main drags in Waikiki (the parade route) but you also have the beach and ocean right across the street, mere steps away.

Customer service was awesome.  Checking in directly at the pool desk, we were given a choice of cabana, and were immediately provided towels and ice cold water.  The food service folks were very friendly, helpful and professional.  I always admire that balance between authentic friendliness and professionalism.  They were just awesome!  The food choices were good.  

Do remember to stop at the pool desk when you leave.  They have another pleasant surprise for you just when you think the day's done.  We will definitely be coming back!  

Great Location, Friendly Service!

The pool is tiny and nobody tending pool area for drinks or food. Your better off going straight to beach and rent chairs and umbrella. You can get food at beach.

Not worth the money 

best service from a new server. awesome food and she checked on us frequently to refill drinks and water-towels are complimentary.

Great location. Pool was tiny and crowded. The food was just ok, not worth the money. I would do day beds, not cabanas here. 

Tiny crowded pool, mediocre food 

We have used Resort Pass for a lot of hotels on Oahu and while it was beautiful, it wasn't our favorite. The staff was nice and helpful, and the pool was okay. We paid for a cabana and got water and chocolates. The main issue we had was the accessibility for the hot tub. The day we went it was rainy and windy, so we wanted to use the hot tub. However, with only steps leading up to it, and then no steps for easy entry into the hot tub itself, if made it impossible for me to get in with recent health/mobility issues. It stinks that a gorgeous and high end place such as the Hyatt would not have a way for all guests to enjoy something like the hot tub. It really bummed us out. I've never had to deal with this before, but it made me think about people who deal with mobility issues daily and the fact that places don't accommodate them. So yes, it was nice, pretty, etc. , but I think they missed the mark on inclusion.

Beautiful hotel,  great pool area hot tub, beautiful beach. Shopping attached. Great day!!

Great spot

The staff was very accommodating for our short stay. We rented a cabana which looked over the very busy Wikiki Beach. We had valet parking, and the booking desk stored our luggage for us. The food was ok, and they did make accommodations for food allergies. Our server was excellent!
