Fairmont Spa Banff Springs

It was a very smooth arrival and check-in and we were treated wonderfully at the Banff Springs spa. We were given robes and spa shoes and a quick tour. The dressing area was lovely and uncrowded on a Sunday afternoon. Loved the mineral pool.

Luxurious Experience

While the spa was quite busy, we waited for about an hour to start our experience. The crowds settled down as the time went on and at some points we had the pools to ourselves. What a lovely experience.

Great Spa

Although some of the passage ways are a little bit dated this spa is clean and pools are beautiful. Amenities are excellent .

Beautiful hotel and spa area. Plenty of options to hang out between locker room, sauna, steam room, whirlpools and mineral pool. Highly recommend for any visitor in Banff. 

No complaints 

I visit Willowstream on a regular basis and it never disappoints. I love it there. The staff are very well trained and they make you feel welcome and pampered. Breathtaking setting. I'll keep going back.

I wish there were six stars!

The spa was wonderful. One of the absolute highlights of the trip. The service was great with everyone we met, and we really enjoyed the snacks and beverages. Highly recommend!
