Front desk staff was rude and continued to deny me a room saying he does not have my reservation, I showed him the booking and receipt and he continued to say there was nothing he can do. Wanted me to come behind the counter to see my name wasnt on the reservation list. its upsetting that I had to tell him how to do his job and to call his manager or corporate. Only then the reservation was found. I had no where else to stay and Im glad I didnt back down. However on top of the $150 hold, I was charged again for this booking on the card given for the hold which is a different card from the one used for the booking on September 14th 2023 where I was originally charged. This is the second ResortPass has given me this exact experience and their chat NEVER Works when needed and they take up to 3 days to respond to my email. Still waiting for a response on this incident. Never again will I use ResortPass!

Terrible Experience 

Bought a pass from Resort Pass and the hotel still charged me an extra $100+ for the same service. Don't go here. Go down the street to the Tony Hotel, much better experience there.

Update: manager responded to Google review to look like they care but the email was returned as undeliverable - the email address provided was invalid. They do not care. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Company will charge you in addition to your pass

I was just handed a towel and a metal beach chair and 0pounted to the beach.  Great if that is all you need.  I did wind up having dinner T this
Hotel and it was delicious and the waiter was great.

You get what you pay for

I read the entire description before booking yet when most hotels mention beach chairs you automatically think reclinable chairs already on the sand for usage not folded chairs that a front desk person gives you to carry all the way to the beach and put on the sand yourself. 

Truly I didn't use the day pass and requested a refund. 

DO NOT FALL FOR MISS-INFORMATION!

Chairs nothing like pictured, did not come with towels or water, had to pay alot for umbrella.

Parking behind the hotel. Towels, water and chairs provided. Umbrella is additional. Would do it again.

The chairs were clean and new, the hotel staff provided us with towels and water!  When we got to the beach area the staff set up the chairs for us and the umbrella! The view was amazing, the water was warm and the vibe was the best!
